Wedding Ceremony
We are getting married in the Church of the Dunes at Camp Miniwanca on Stony Lake. Miniwanca is located about 15 miles north of Montague and Whitehall, MI.

  • 4:10 PM - Music begins.
  • 4:30 PM - Liturgy begins. The Celebration and Blessing of Marriage will be of the Episcopalian tradition with a full service liturgy and Communion.
  • 5:30 PM - Liturgy ends. Receiving line outside of church.
  • 6:30 PM - Hors d'oeuvres and drinks start at reception.

Set on 360 wooded acres and a mile of private Lake Michigan shoreline, Camp Miniwanca is one of two camps operated by the American Youth Foundation (AYF). Towering sand dunes and pines line the beach; and a second, inland lake provides the perfect setting for swimming, sailing and canoeing. Long known for summer camp and leadership conferences for youth, Miniwanca has grown to include programs for children, adults and groups, year round.
